The full solution, leveraging Microsoft Analysis and Reporting services, is reliant on three Panacea product offerings :
RemChart visualises your CMDB. It can display the topology by the CI, the Relationship type (ie: dependency, member of etc) or by the top level Service defined within your CMDB. Being fully integrated with the ITSM suite it can also display the relationships between the CI's and Helpdesk/Change Management enabling the business to rapidly assess the impact to service if specific Assets are down.
