Important Note

Supply as much detail as possible about the AR System Version, Database Version, Database Platform and Panacea/Workflow Studio Version if applicable. Please also complete a full description with severity of the issue.

In certain cases, if we are unable to reproduce the problem in any of our test environments, you may be required to send AR System defintion files.
