Solution Delivery

Panacea uses a phased approach to solution delivery.

Phase 1 : Process Design
Our consultants will meet with you to understand your current environment, analyse critical processes, map them against best practices and provide a detailed document of your most important functional areas. Panacea have a range of SSADM pre-designed processes to help your business save costs when designing new processes. We can help you tailor a bespoke process for your business but make sure it follows the SSADM standards.

Phase 2 : Process Implementation and Training
Our process implementation services will align the organisation's processes outlined in the first phase with those within the proposed application, whether its BMC ITSM or BMC Service Desk Express. We can help you validate your system design, implement key processes and providecomprehensive training to help your staff maximize its use of the BMC ITSM solution.

Phase 3 : Data Mapping and Conversions
The transfer of data from your current system into your new service management application is critical. Our consultants will use our own in house products and technical experience gained from previous customer to manage every aspect of your data conversion, regardless of the amount or complexity of your data.

Phase 4 : Customisations
We are able to customise BMC service management applications for added functionality and greater integration into your existing systems. Our team works with your IT experts to create custom solutions, including interfaces, reports and specialised product functionality.
