For over a decade Panacea has been implementing solutions for industry-leading customers. An overview of some of the projects we have been engaged in are described below

Unilever Peoplelink
Panacea Workflow Systems took the lead role in implementing the Remedy ITSM Helpdesk product and customising it for use within Unilevers HR environment. Panacea Workflow Systems implemented the solution at first for Unilever peoplelink UK which covers the whole of Unilevers UK operation. Due to the success of this project Panacea Workflow Systems then assisted in the Dutch roll-out of the same customised Remedy System. Panacea Workflow Systems assisted at all levels of the project, from project management to development and training.

Bid-up.tv
bid-up.tv is the UK’s only live, interactive auction channel available in all Sky Digital homes (Channel 647) and on the web.bid-up.tv is the first channel from sit-up a company set up to create and exploit “sit-up” entertainment opportunities in convergence of digital TV and Internet.

The timescales were very tight with bid-up.tv needing to be on the air in 3 months from the start of the contract. The required system included the following functionality:
- Warehousing
- Order Processing (including Credit/Debit card transactions)
- Purchase Orders
- Auction Software
(links into the website www.bid-up.tv & television auction software)
- Customer Incident Desk
- TV Scheduling
- Finance Integration
(Financial Product called ‘Dynamics’ written by Great Plains)

During the course of the project the Order Processing module gained accreditation from Barclays Merchant Services with regard to handling of credit/debit cards. The software accepts customer not present transactions for all major credit card types.

Ecommercell
Ecommercell are part of the Caudwell group of companies. Panacea Workflow Systems helped configure their Remedy system as an in-house helpdesk. It began it's life purely taking service desk calls but as the company began to grow, Panacea Workflow Systems identified other areas where the Remedy suite of products could be used. A bespoke Retail Application Form was developed to allow Ecommercell to record the many retail outlets they dealt with (for phone top-up vouchers). This linked into their Tetra Finance system and Panacea Workflow Systems wrote an integration between the Remedy Database and the Tetra system. This used real-time data and allowed a seamless flow of data between the two.
