Overview

The old adage is that a picture paints a thousand words. Painting such a picture, so that you can visualise your CMDB/Asset topologies and interdependencies, is far from easy with Remedy. Typically it is a laborious job of extracting data, and then manually creating a view using a drawing tool. Of course, once the data is updated within Remedy the view becomes incorrect. For volatile asset configurations the synchronisation process can become time consuming and error prone process.

RemChart is a complimentary product to the Remedy ARSystem, and is designed to work with the Remedy ITSM suite (Asset, HelpDesk, Change Management...).
